We have left the industrial age, but our schools, our jobs and our mindsets are all still built on blueprints from that era.

The future will require imaginative and flexible thinking. We are no longer training to be drones for the assembly line. These duties are better suited to automation. We should now be training ourselves to be creative, to design a new blueprint for a world that has already arrived.
